Saintleo was founded by Leon McKay in 2017, after studying and working in fabrication and furniture making in Australia. It began as a workshop focused on architectural projects and fabrication, with the goal of continuing a creative practice centered on design and detail.
Currently, Saintleo is a personal platform for design and furniture, produced globally and inspired by art, music, and craftsmanship. Producing limited-edition pieces and collaborates internationally.
Saintleo does not accept returns on unwanted purchases.
We strive to provide high quality products, but if for some reason the item that arrives is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at shop@saintleo.co.nz. In your e-mail, please include your order number as well as some pictures if the item is defected. Please ensure you pack the returned order safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes.
If, for the unlikely case an item is delivered faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace the item. Please email shop@saintleo.co.nz if an item arrives faulty and we will communicate with you directly and solve the issue.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, all made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SaintLeo does not accept exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@saintleo.co.nz.
