Founded in 2017 by Leon Mckay, after studying and working in the manufacturing industry of metal engineering and furniture making in Melbourne Australia. Saintleo was first started as a workshop for architectural commission and projects in Auckland, New Zealand from a desire to showcase craftsmanship in Metal.
In 2023 pivoting the direction of Saintleo more into a design focused studio it now merges an appreciation for design, collaborations and ideas.

The Casa De Música record credenza is a commissioned piece for a private residence, Inspired by the brutalist angles of the Concert hall in Portugal the unit is sized for a stand alone turntable, Three openings accommodating up to 200 vinyl's and a stainless steel latch style drink section. The Credenza finished seamlessly two toned in brushed and high polished aluminium.
